Each unit is complete with oceanfront or ocean view balcony, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. Large oceanfront pool, sunning area and charcoal grills complete your vacation spot. All units are non-smoking. There are 3 eating establishments within easy walking distance Granny's Country Kitchen, Pop's Ice cream/yogurt/sandwich shop & Ocean Grill, which features the very popular Tiki Hut on the pier with live entertainment in season. Uncle Vinnie's Italian Restaurant, The Spot & The Cobbler Factory are about 3 blocks away.All units ending with an A are two bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront units located in the A building and there is elevator service. (EXCEPTION IS 1A, WHICH IS A 1 BEDROOM.)Units ending in a B are one bedroom, one bath oceanfront units located in the B building. There is no elevator service in this building.Units located on the first level have designated parking underneath the unit.  All other units are to park in other outside spaces, not designated.  Limit 2 cars per unit.All Sea Colony units offer Free Sprectrum Wifi!Each Sea Colony has a storage room under the building for guests' use.All units are Non Smoking and Pets are Not permitted on the premises. 

Maximum Occupancy: 1 BR- 4- 6;   2 BR- 6     GUESTS MUST BE 25 YEARS OR ACCOMPANIEND BY A PARENT FOR DURATION OF STAY.
