We had a great time. Our condo was very comfortable. The kitchen was great, our girls liked having their own TV's in their rooms. The beach was very nice, clean, and close to the building. We'd do it again. Thanks.

My family and I stayed at Sea Colony in August '08 and it was great. Sea Colony was perfect- Carolina Beach was perfect and the staff of Bullard was wonderful! I accidentally left a home movie DVD in the condo and the staff with Bullard got ahold of the DVD and sent it to me right away! I already booked the vacation for next year!!

I just wanted to say a quick hello to my FAVORITE realtors in the world and sign the guest book to let everyone who views this know the special ladies at Bullard will treat you like family not just "clients" as you schedule and spend your vacation at one of the many vacation rentals. If you're looking for a short term, vacation or long term rentals, talk to the ladies first, as they are WONDERFUL! Over the past 15+ years they have become "best friends" and like an extended part of our family.

My family and I want to thank you for everything you did to help make our week at Carolina Beach(Pelican Watch #1006) the best vacation ever! While our week had some ups and downs the positives did out weigh the negatives. If I am Blessed enough to return to Carolina Beach, Bullard Realty will be getting my reservation. I especially want to thank the wonderful ladies who allowed my family to check in before the rest of us could get there. You saved the day! You ladies are the best!
