What can we say, great recently refurbished condo in a great building! I love what they did with this condo as we had looked at it before they refurbished it. Brand new TV's, all new furniture and beds, hardwood floors and granite counter tops. Just like home! lol The indoor and outdoor pools were a big hit with our kids. The location was great, close to several restaurants, we walked for ice cream at Pop's almost nightly. The 4th Floor was just high enough for us, beautiful view of the beach and ocean from the couch in the living room. Wake up to the sound of the waves from the master bedroom. We didn't even realize they had elevators when we originally booked it, but wow, how convenient! We look forward to returning again next year and hope to stay in Pelican Watch #406 again.

My family has been visiting Carolina Beach as long as I can remember. We've been renting from your company for about the past four years and it has always been an absolute joy! We have continued to stay at Pelican Watch and rent through you guys because it makes vacation easy and enjoyable just like it should be! We're already signed up for this new year and can't wait! HIGHLY Recommend Bullard to any vacation-goer!

We enjoyed our stay in Carolina Beach at the Sea Colony very much. The weather was perfect and it was really nice to have an oceanfront view. Everyone at Bullard Realty was very nice and helpful. We hope to stay there again in Summer '12. Thanks again, Melissa McCann

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pelican Watch this past June. Two months later, I discovered I had left something. Dena recovered the item(s) and returned them by mail in the midst of Hurricane Irene threating the NC coast. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Our family spent a week at Kure Rox in July. The house was beautiful. The ice maker wasn't working when we checked in, and even though it was Saturday night, a maintenance man was there within 10 minutes. Thanks, Bullard Realty, for a great family vacation.

Thanks to Dena and Bullard Realty for a super easy condo rental at Carolina Beach Lake Villas...it was a perfect spot, close to beach access and we enjoyed the pool and lake across the street. We'll defintely be back!
